Q. Do you offer a guarantee on your t-shirts?
A. Yes! We offer a 30-day, unconditional money back guarantee on every item that we sell.
This guarantee gives you plenty of time to check items for color, quality, and size for yourself, family and friends. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, just contact our Customer Service department and you're done! For returns and exchanges fill out our request form.
Q. Are your shirts high quality?
A. While our garment manufacturers vary from style to style, we use only the highest quality t-shirts including Hanes tagless shirts. Even our "value shirt" is superior in quality to many shirts found for sale elsewhere on the web.
Q. What is direct printing?
A. With Direct Printing, we print direct-to-fabric with no transfers. The result is a matte image that moves with the garment because the ink is actually embedded in the fabric for ultimate wearable comfort. After a few washes, you will notice the great durability of Direct Printing. That means greater image staying power.
Q. Do you offer bulk discounts?
A. Yes, depending on the product. Contact us for details.
Q. How much does it cost to have you make a custom design?
A. At Nuclear Tees, custom designs are always free. That means that you don't pay us anything to do your artwork and there is no obligation to purchase. We specialize in custom designs and are always happy to help our customers create a new design from scratch or make modifications to an existing design. Just like the old burger joint slogan, at Nuclear Tees you can have it your way (and, as a bonus, our shirts won't make you fat).

A. From all sorts of places including customer suggestions and our own twisted minds. If you have an idea for a t-shirt, drop us a line and we'll make one up for you at no additional cost.
